What is your cancellation policy?

Our normal cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a full stay penalty. However due to covid, if you or a loved one in your immediate family becomes exposed or ill due to COVID, we will cancel with no penalty. If you exhibit a fever prior to arrival, we ask you remain home and we will cancel without penalty. If the government places restrictions in place we will cancel without penalty. Basically if it is covid related, we will cancel without penalty, but we ask you to remember that we are a small business that was devastated by the Stay At Home orders and last minute cancellations do prevent us from reselling the guest room and are a financial hardship. Please don't say it is Covid related to avoid any fees if it is not Covid Related. We are willing to work with you on rescheduling your stay if you honestly can't keep your reservations.
How are you cleaning the rooms?

We have signed the American Hotel & Lodging Association pledge for the "Stay Safe" program. This means that all soft goods are removed from the room between stays and sanitized, we are using disinfectant to clean all hard surfaces are are wiping down all areas that people commonly touch in their room and the lobby frequently. We also provide hand sanitizer stations in the lobby and dining room of the hotel.
Can we still get coffee during Covid?

We still offer complimentary water, iced tea and coffee throughout the day, we have a hand sanitizer station next to the beverage area and are wiping down the area on a continual basis.
Your Arrival

We will require you to complete a COVID questionnaire as part of your check-in process. This is to ensure that our staff and guests are being as safe as possible. If you believe you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID or any illness, we will ask that you vacate the building and we will cancel your reservation or shorten your stay without penalty.
