Cabernet Sauce
4 cups
frozen raspberries Mix sugar and wine in a large saucepan. Boil for about 5-10 minutes then stir in frozen raspberries. Boil another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 30 minutes. Strain and refrigerate. Yield: about 6 cups Recipe Note: Frank serves this with his White Chocolate Bread Pudding
