Apple-Chipotle Dip |

| 6 oz or 3/4 cups | sour cream |
| 1 | Gala apple, chopped |
| 1 Tbsp. | fresh cilantro |
| 1 small or 1/2 | chipotle chilies, chopped |
| juice of 1/2 | lime |
| 1/2 tsp. | salt |
| 1 tsp. | honey |
| 1/2 tsp. | roasted garlic |

Place all ingredients in a food processor and
pulse until you've reached the desired texture; scrap down the
sides of processor with a rubber spatula. Serve with chips or
veggie sticks. Yield: 1 cup of dip. |
