Creamy Garlic Dressing |

| 1 T. | roughly chopped garlic |
| 1/4 c. | cider vinegar |
| 1/4 c. | honey |
| 2 T. | Dijon mustard |
| 1 T. | fresh lime juice |
| 1 tsp. | kosher salt |
| 11/2 c. | olive oil |
| Put all ingredients except oil in
blender. Blend for 30 seconds. With the blender running, slowly
add olive oil. Yield: 2 cups. |
