Caramel Sauce
1 1/2 lb. butter
3lb. brown sugar
1/2 qt. heavy cream
Cook Sugar and butter till thick and sugar is
dissolved. Then gradually add the cream. Serve warm.
This is great over vanilla ice cream and
sprinkled with crushed pralines. This will keep in the refrigerator
for up to three weeks. Nice quick dessert for hot summer days.
