The Complete Meeting Package (CMP) includes overnight accommodations, use of a state-of-the-art conference room, as well as three gourmet meals, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and continuous beverage service of coffee, tea, water and soft drinks offered at $229 per person per night single-occupancy and $189 per person per night double-occupancy.

Our state-of-the-art conference rooms are equipped to satisfy your meeting needs.   Amenities include an overhead projector, electronically controlled screen, 35" color television, VCR, stereo, fax machine, slide projector, white board, two flip charts, and an LCD panel (upon request). An LCD projector is available for an additional charge.

Food for Thought

It's a fact - great meals are an important part of a great meeting.

Our master chef prepares fresh, original, three and four-course gourmet meals made even more delightful by our attentive, yet unobtrusive service.  We are happy to suggest menus, or to assist you in designing the menu of your choice.  Vegetarian and other dietary concerns are easily accommodated.

Three gourmet meals, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and continuous beverage service of coffee, tea, water and soft drinks are included in the Complete Meeting Package.

Although the Inn does not serve alcohol, you are more than welcome to bring your own beer, wine or liquor.  We will happily arrange happy hours and cocktail receptions.
